The Big Island Electric Vehicle Association presents National Drive Electric Week events on September 12, from 10-2, at The Home Depot in Hilo and Sep 19, 10-2 at the Shops at Mauna Lani.

You’ll see the latest electric vehicles – Tesla Model S, Nissan LEAF, Chevy Volt, Volkswagen eGolf, and BMW i3 – and learn about their advantages and experiences from actual owners.

If you’re an EV owner, please join us to show the general public the growing popularity of EVs.  We’ll have parking spots dedicated for your vehicle.

For early participants, we’ll have giveaways and helpful informational handouts that explain the benefits of EVs and the various models to choose from.
