The station is located at 67-1315 Ala `Ohia Road, Kamuela, behind the Parker Ranch Arena. It is behind a gated area that is locked after park hours.

• Monday-Thursday 7:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Friday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Saturday & Sunday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
