Hawaiian Electric Light Company’s Level 3 station in Kailua-Kona is now officially open for service!!!
The station was dedicated earlier today. As with the Hilo event, this was graced by local leaders, the HELCO team, members of the Big Island EV Association (Richard Castro and Eric Hayden), and the public.
The station will be accessible 24/7 (it is outside the fenced area of the HELCO offices). Depending on time of use, there will be a flat fee of $7-8. The location address is 74-5519 Kaiwi St, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740
