NREL Study Seeks EV Owners who Drive for Uber/Lyft: Researchers at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) are conducting a study to understand charging requirements for electric vehicles operating in Transportation Networking Company (TNC) services. The work will inform ongoing research which aims to understand the barriers to EV adoption in these vocations. Participating drivers will be contributing valuable data informing the amount of public infrastructure necessary.
