I had the opportunity to meet with a representative of De Luz Chevrolet recently to discuss service offerings. Here’s what I found:

Chevy Volts are sold by De Luz Chevrolet here on the Big Island. Service for this EV is offered by this dealer in Hilo and Kona.

However, larger items like powertrain and battery service are done only in Hilo (Kona can handle smaller maintenance items). These large service items are done at the Toyota dealer in Hilo (also a De Luz company).

This may also apply to the future Chevy Bolt.
