Income Tax Credits

Federal income tax credits of up to $7500 may available to purchasers of electric vehicles. This can help defer some of the costs associated with purchasing an EV. Note: The tax credit is available only to the original purchaser of a new electric vehicle.

As of this posting,  Hawaii does not offer a rebate or state tax credit for electric vehicles.
