  • Don’t plan on using the charger at the Kona Airport unless you’re willing to pay a flat fee of $7! If you are able to get the full value you’ll be gulping down more than 14 kwH. My Prime battery is only about 6 kwH. And that would be starting at “empty.” The airport seem to have taken a lesson from the rental car companies, allowing you return a rental car “empty” of gas when paying for a full tank, eg you never use the gas you pay for. In this case you’ll never use the power you’ve paid for.
